Carissa helps our team onboard new clients and that clients receive all of the services and attention they deserve. Prior to coming to Summit Hill, Carissa managed client onboarding at a busy Colorado law firm for many years. She enjoyed creating a better customer and colleague experience through continuous process improvement. Carissa also thrived in organizational development and led a small accessories-making company in Los Angeles.
Outside of work Carissa enjoys walking in the woods with her husband and Borzoi; entertaining friends and family; cooking and baking; eating out; experiencing other cultures through travel; designing and making pottery, fashion, and home furnishings; and exploring the internal world through yoga and meditation.
